Refunds

DAXmethod provides digital courses and educational content. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law or as described below.

Please review the course description, included materials, access period, and any free lessons or other preview content before purchasing. If you have questions about a course, please contact us before completing your order.

Exceptions

We will review requests involving a duplicate payment, a technical problem that prevents access to the purchased course, or another situation where applicable law gives you a mandatory refund right. Please contact us promptly and include the order details and a description of the problem so we can investigate.

Promotional Items and Gift Cards

Promotional items, complimentary access, and gift cards are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
